Kojima released pictures and some video that his company was making these figurines, but the left one was released on a different day than the others and seems to look more menacing and strange. Could this be an enemy, or even a boss character from the game, or perhaps even one of the floating figures we see in the trailer?

The character on the left is the base model for this black knight looking character. Shinikawa signed autographs for a mysterious character to be in death stranding after the trailer for their team that had a drawing of the base model and this with a picture of a woman
Before anyone says anything, it was never directly said that the base model was that of Ludens. Ludens tweet followed the base model tweet but they aren't one of the same
And this is the same women in the middle Shinikawa teased before everyone left the room with Geoff. All these are teasers for characters in the game

Just wanted to post that Kojima tweeted some pics of the model babies used for the mocap in the Death Stranding trailer. He identified them as Lu 1 and Lu 2.
Presumably this is short for Ludence, so it seems the character has some tie to the game.
What if death stranding is actually a ruse low key title for Zone of the Enders 3? It even has the art style and apparently has mechs.

I'd love to know why the fuck Norman Reedus would do anything to showcase ZOE, especially if it's ruse bait. Unless ZOE3 is going to use mo-cap animations with Reedus as a prominent character, it's not financially worth creating a trailer with an expensive actor and never using him again.
