One of my favorite games

Undertale is the only game that's come close to taking its throne as my favorite game, and that's only because of the nostalgia I have of playing the demo in high school and then when it came out my girlfriend played it with me, so all my memories of it involve her

I wish I could go back to that time, life was simpler

Pretty fun game, the only part I disliked was the dog search section. Also trying to get the True End is a bit of bullshit, like how was I supposed to know to jump over where Professor Booster falls? But beyond that it's pretty solid. Curly needs better lewds.

Release Kero Blaster went straight to Omake mode after Normal rather than having Zangyou, and instead of having the cool glitch levels in Omake it just had 3 boring rooms with each seperate peice of the Kuro Blaster.

Basically, it was just a lot less content for only a few dollars less, so it wasn't really worth it.

It's okay. Very simple and unremarkable platformer that's incredibly overpraised, but it's not bad.

I loved this game, it's even in my top 10 games of all time. But if I had the chance to go back in time, I would make the release of this game not happen so that the current vidya market doesn't get flooded with all the pixel indie shit we see today

Amazing game. One of my favorites. Beat the true ending multiple times. That said it's hard to go back to now just because I've played it so much.

Personally, I'd rather have Kero Blaster be a sequel, or at least more comics about it like the Ame Manga.

It exploded in popularity for a few reasons.

It was free.
It had a unique, fun, and interesting mechanic (the levelling up of guns and how you lost levels when you took damage).
The music is A++
It's difficult, but not too difficult for most people with plenty of harder stuff if you want to do it
Cute pixel artstyle which was much more novel at the time of release.
IT'S FREE and like 4-6 hours long which is great value and even moreso back then.
