probably because of the movement. It's not as easy to pick up as other games. Also the game modes are familiar but different enough that you don't get them right away. people spend more time figuring out what weapons do than focusing on the game play. Also there is literally no feed back from the weapons in terms of how much damage you are doing which blows.

What are you on about. It plays like any other shooter with a few extra movesets which are very simple to learn. It should take a few minutes at most.
Gameplay speed is also slower than I expected.

yeah but all i see are people fumbling about and not really being able to land anything with assassin yet everyone fucking picks assassin even though the fucking suck at it. you gotta realize that the people going into fps these days are the same idiots that play overwatch, basically babby's first fps outside of call of duty. For me movement is pretty easy and slow like you said except when boosting but even then i play much faster games like Reflex so it's sluggishly slow. I feel the gravity zones suck, really makes movement shitty.
