Pretty much every console and handheld up until the 6th gen gaming + Dreamcast, PSP and Nintendo DS has a working emulator right now that can run most games at decent or full speed.

Huh? Games can't literally go above 8fps on the most powerful smartphones on the market, not even on the Shield Tablet.
Also the Dolphin still needs to be worked with.
Reicast also needs to be perfected, the team abadoned it as soon as some games like Sonic Adenture managed to run flawlessly, leaving Shenmue with many problems and Skies of Arcadia shitting itself on the 3rd Disc.

This is one shitpost a lot of emulation threads get, but there a hundreds of games to emulate that don't require much button use. For example, advanced wars or what the OP posted, Phoenix Wright. Plus, if you're motivated enough, you can always get a Bluetooth controller.
