Are AA2 threads allowed? I hope so.
Booted it up after a while, and noticed that while the "open world" runs fine, it slows down quite a bit whenever I talk to anyone.
I have the latest drivers for an MSI 1080. Does anyone know a simple fix? I'd rather not have to jump through hoops to get this work again.

Is a GTX 950 ftw able to play this game in 1080p 60fps? If not 1080p, then 720p?
I tried to play this game in 720p before, a long time ago. Tweaked it with the nvidia control panel, and it ran fine but it still had a bunch of lag spikes. It was lagging every few seconds when my character goes somewhere.
Is it the mods or is my PC shit in general?

I have a 770 and shit runs fine on 8.1
There's a known issue with windows 10 latest update which completely tanks fps

my toaster was able to run it windowed at a solid 30 fps and no AA with a few mods. I'm pretty sure that my old card was worse than a 950, so it might of been the cpu as the computer calculates pathing and decisions for 25 people at once. idk
