Nah. The way Skyrim voice files work is that scenes wait until each line is done. So you can completely change the voices and everything else will still work.

Yes. I spent so many hours modding Skyrim and never was happy. Probably 30 hours just tweaking mods. I'm playing Enderal with no additional mods and having a blast.

Depends on what you didn't like. The skill/cass system, world, and quests are all different.
Combat and base gameplay remains the same, but if you liked Morrowind and Oblivion you probably don't really care about how great the gameplay is in the first place. There's one or two new gameplay features but not that many.

Sure. Mods like Wildcat, Hit commitment, TK Dodge all greatly improve combat. Not sure if they are all compatible with Enderal though.

This. Nehrim and Enderal both had a fuckload more objects in areas. I'm not entirely sure but I also think it uses it's own graphical extender, similar to how Nehrim did it.

A lot of the VAs in Enderal are actually Skyrim VAs.
