There's been a few threads on this; it's known that they're working on two new ARPGs (Both new IPs), one of which is a multiplat with VR support and the other is another PS4 collaboration with Sony Japan Studio. They're also working on a reboot of an old franchise.

Sony locked them in for two more exclusives after Yoshida was elated with how well Bloodborne sold, so chances are if these two subsequent ones perform well too, they'll extend it to more. Like it or not, From seem to be quite happy to work with Sony.
I'm curious to see what this new "Dark fantasy ARPG" is, since they've clarified it's a completely different approach from Souls/BB.
Also there's been rumours floating around since late last year that the Japan Studio collab is sci-fi/horror akin to Giger's Alien, so that could be pretty fucking cool.
