The bitch of the pacifist run is the box robot. You have to get the heavy infantry down and kill the boxbot fast enough that it doesn't blow up the helicopter, but far away enough from the tranquilized guys that the explosion doesn't kill them.

Depends on how long the heavies got to walk before they were tranquilized, but yeah, I found that hitting them and immediately sprinting up to grenade/mine the box bot as it deploys was most effective.

The game is honestly harder if you aren't trying to be a pacifist bitch. The enemies are bullet sponges on the highest difficulty, the only gun remotely effective enough to win in firefights is the Revolver upgraded with Explosive rounds.
