Neverwinter Nights has quite a few modules with romances in them. My personal favorite is Tales of Arterra. The official expansion, Hordes of the Underdark, has romances as well.

I've heard the Enderal mod for Skyrim might have them, but I haven't seen any confirmation.

It's kinda tricky to do on the first run, but you activate hints on second runs to romance your favorite girl.

the first game is kinda lame, a school life romance where you interact with the girls of you class, solve a group issue, and a personal issue of your chosen girl, kinda boring and long

the second game/part you are dragged to a alternative universe where humanity is war against aliens and losing
the MC is good at piloting Mechas due vydia, but is lame as fuck on the rest, he is the only guy training because most men is already dead from earlier drafts
humanity lose the hope to win and flee to space (only a few selected)
so you have a choice save yourself going to space or the girl of your choice

the third part is the 'true end' where most shit that happens get explained and you manage to give the humanity a chance at expense of everyfucking one having a gruesome death on the way

Ah. There was that one game that got some attention a while ago since it came out to Steam. Conception 2, right? That might be worth a shot, it's all about handholding, dating girls and making babies with them after all. Well if we're talking about Steam, they have a great deal of VNs now. No idea what ones are worth it, but you're bound to find a couple that might interest you OP.

Pandora's Tower is a good one too. Only one romanceable girl, but the journey is pretty great.

Rune Factory games are pretty good. I'd recommend either 3 or 4. 4 is mechanically better but people generally agree than 3 had the best girls. No need to bother with 1 or 2, honestly. Not even for plot.

I hear KanColleis surprisingly good at romance? I mean, it's probably mostly all on the player's part but I guess there's a reason why the franchise is so popular. You can't help but fall in love with a girl. Aim to grind up towards a wedding ring and marry her!

Don't even consider vns on steam, just pirate them because H content was most likely removed and thus defeats the purpose of even playing trash like that.

Agarest is about picking a waifu and then playing as your child a generation later. I'm a few hours into the first one it's actually a pretty decent JRPG so far.

VN's are more likely to hold what you're looking for. Rewrite, Yume Miru Kusuri, and Katawa Shoujou are good starting points if you re looking for more romance. I also reccomend Kamadori Alchemy Meister, as it is technically more game than VN, and plays like a SRPG with crafting elements. You should also get into Monster Girl Quest, as it has an rpg combat system but the game is more about the porn than anything else. However, the romance with Alice is pretty good.

Daaamn, I sure am glad I don't actually live in South Korea. It's funny, I move to America the land of the free but in terms of censorship, American companies are known to censor a lot of sexual stuff from japanese games and generally be sensitive to all that, with the anti-rape culture and whatnot. And ironically all that turns out to be much more free than a place like South Korea where pornography is completely illegal, not tolerated in the slightest.

It's probably because the Agarest games are IF/CH, just like the neptunia series or fairy fencer f. The thing with those games is that the gameplay has a POTENTIAL to be good, and interests you maybe the first few hours you see it, but as you get further into the games you see how unbalanced the gameplay systems are with respect to the levels you're given. This is really the main problem (besides the fucking reused assets from head to toe) I have with IF/CH, if they knew how to make better balanced games with more unique value given to each character, then their games could be much more enjoyable.
