You shouldn't think too hard about the official measurements in SNK games, they're hardly ever accurate. Mai is usually drawn as being on chest level with Andy when they're almost the same height.

I don't really see why you would think this. It is stuck on one system, which is also expensive for the biggest fanbases. No arcade release. The graphics has caused a huge stigma towards the game even with improvements. Netcode can be extremely bad

I think at best it will do slightly better than 13 did on a single console but worse than it did overall

I genuinely hope this game sells well. I like how many new characters they added and how much effort they put into giving everyone as much personality as possible.

I don't think it's gonna be the best selling game of the year, but if SNK can make some money with it, then it's fine for me. As for it being a PS4 exclusive, it'll probably get a pc release after some months.

About graphics, people were complaining about it more in the beginning, but I see more acceptance now.

MK sold 5 mil, KI has something like 7 million downloads and even SFV doing 1.4 mil isn't bad. So really they are, much stronger than KoF has ever done. Plus lets say the genre was doing badly, that alone would not help KoF

Oh they should make money, it just isn't going to be the strongest selling KoF. Plus 13's PC port took ages so I doubt it will be some months, this would still put it on less systems that 13 as well

There are no plans for DLC anything at this time. The only DLC bits offered are the "classic Kyo" and "Nightmare Geese" skins.

Releasing on two consoles alone give a game a huge advantage, it may get a pc port later but so did 13 so the game would still be ahead. Even an arcade release can really do a lot for a game even now but it skipped it

To be fair, at least half of the posts in these threads are waifu dumps, so that's hardly a PC player thing.

But you're not wrong. That's why I don't bother getting fighters on PC anymore. Not only do I have to wait for the port and I can't take my setup with me to locals, the online is always dead because for some reason PC players don't click with the games.

Now if they had cross play I'd be singing a different tnue.

It depends on a lot really. XIII on pc did very well, but it was also years after with a promise of good netcode so was probably a lot of people rebuying, which if XIV does it sooner wouldn't happen

However the countries where it is popular love PC, so on that front it would give them something of an advantage. unfortunately pretty much every PC fighter not called MK or SF dies pretty quickly, plus pirating
