You shouldn't pre order anyway. But this isn't a huge deal breaker. Tomb Raider ran worse with DX 12 after implementing it so I wouldn't count on them exactly nailing it only several months later.

Pascal can not into DX12. It won't be until the next gen of nvidia that nvidia will be able to compete. In DX12 applications, AMD has a real chance of dethroning Nvidia (with VEGA) when it comes too performance.
