Is Phantom Hourglass any good? It's like $6 on the e-shop right now.
How will it display if I'm playing on Wii U? Bottom screen on the gamepad and top on my TV?

It's a great game. Don't listen to the idiots that say it's shit because they didn't like the controls(which honestly aren't that bad).
I really fucking like it, id only play it on a ds tho
how do you solve that one puzzle
how does it even work on the Wii U
That's precisely what I'm asking
Oracle of seasons>oracle of ages>Link's awakening>>>>>>>>>>Phantom Hourglass>Spirit Tracks
It's okay. Spirit Tracks irons out a lot of the issues with it.
Nobody asked
I forgot Minish cap that one was pretty good as well. I'd play so many other zelda games again before I picked up the DS ones again.
I found out that the GamePad has a stylus, so that's probably how
VC menu is sleep.
You can set it three ways.
Gamepad Shows touch screen, tv shows top screen
Gamepad and tv both show the screens vertically
Gamepad and tv show boths screen, with a focus on the top screen, and the bottom screen smaller, in the corner.
Phantom Hourglass is pretty good, but don't expect to be amazed.
Isn't there a puzzle where you have to close the DS? how would that work?
close your ds and think about it for a while
I tried playing it on the DS, I liked it a lot until Isaw that I had to explore that one big ass tower several time and do it from the beginning each time. It has been more than a year since I last played it, I should start a new playthrough instead of continuing from where I stopped?
Reexploring the temple takes an extra 1-3 minutes max each time unless you're a dumbass and get lost. It's really not a big deal.
It's the last good Zelda game, but it has kind of a slow mid-game if you haven't found the island with the warp slates by then (you have to find some new McGuffins on islands that you've already visited).
The game really shines when it comes to item implementation (In my honest opinion, the best in the series). Every item in the game is relevant and adds to the nonlinearity of the game because of the central Ocean King Temple. If it wasn't for the controls, it would be my favorite DS game, aside from Tingle.
In b4 "What did you think of MUH ST?" Man that game sucked. Production value is all that it has. It is a disgrace to Phantom Hourglass.
its at least worth 6 dollars, I'll say that much
If you're going for 100%, don't use up any of beedles coupons, even for that 7000 rupee ship part. Always talk to everyone after every temple and try not to rage at getting the arrow mini-game perfectly because it's fucking bullshit. Also, you're not going to enjoy getting every ship part, and wi-fi isn't a thing in the game anymore.
One of my top 10 favorite zelda games. People rag on tube ocean king temple but it takes only a few minutes to get to where you were before to advance and with the items you get over the course of the game you can get through it faster and faster each time.
It feels kind of empty. Spirit Tracks is better.
