You can buy things like the XIM4 but they run around 150 bucks I think. Not sure about the input lag either. Most console players will consider it cheating and it might be bannable but I doubt you would get banned for it.

I use the heavy more. It takes out landslips in like 4 shots. I actually haven't encountered a light tank while in the heavy, so I'm not sure how how many it takes for it.
I fuck up all tanks with a Howitzer though. It's like people don't even see them.
