From what I've heard from people, they're nearing the end of negotiations with Blizzard. The only bad thing about it is that apparently part of the Blizzard's final proposal is to hand majority Nostrailius control over to Blizzard and make it into a realm that requires a standard subcription to get on.

Everything up to T5 was perfectly scripted also Excalibur is custom cashshop garbage.

Primarily I want a server that isn't going to shut down and delete my character when they get bored or if they get a cease & desist. This is why I think official legacy servers would be even more popular than Nost - the confidence of persistence, official marketing, plus not having to download a shady client = 2 or 3 times Nost's numbers at least.
If Nost relaunches presumably they'll be ready for legal demands this time and have a plan, otherwise why would they relaunch at all.
