So what are your hopes and expectations for the third Red Dead game, Sup Forums?

I'm personally hoping for my variety in horses. Not giving you the best horse early on would also be nice.

Native American player character

That'd be cool. Seems were getting an ensemble cast.

You're basing that on literally nothing but a single piece of promotional art with nothing but silhouettes in the distances, which could be nothing more than the cast of characters present in the plot. Stop being a faggot.

Revolver customization ala the Ugly scene in The Good the Bad and the Ugly.

I'm saying that based on GTA V's successful use of it. Seems likely that Rockstar would try again.

I doubt we'll get gun customization but I'd be all for it.

>I'm saying that based on GTA V's successful use of it. Seems likely that Rockstar would try again.
Then you should also be expecting "Greenback" Cards for your Red Dead Online multiplayer account with which you can purchase properties and the latest in top of the line carriages.

I kind of am, sad to say.

I'd prefer an ensemble cast because I don't want to be stuck playing a young Marston. No point in investing in it because I'll know how his story ends.

There was a trailer you dense faggot

>being able to rob trains in multiplayer
>form a persistent posse (kind've like the CEO/Biker system in GTA:O)
>being able to rob stores, banks, etc. in multiplayer (Like heists in GTA:O but not shit)
>PC release

Basically just copy GTA:O and add some quality-of-life improvements and give us gameplay that isn't repetitive as everloving fuck and tries to nickle-and-dime you constantly.

I'm hoping for a non-multiplayer focus, honestly.

Was thoroughly disappointed by GTA 5's single-player desu so I'm not getting my hopes up. Fucking around in GTA:O with friends was the only thing I enjoyed about the game.

I liked GTA V's single player but the story was lackluster.

I'm just hoping for more activities. I loved hunting and shit in RDR. Would love to see bareknuckle boxing fights or something.

I'm hoping for a single protagonist with the rest of the crew being supporting characters and that they don't half-ass the single player to focus on the multiplayer.

A teaser that showed us jack shit.

>hopes
a fun game

>expectations
no fun allowed cash shop game

I'm still wanting a remaster/port of RDR before 2 comes out. Just a bump up to 1080p and a stable framerate is all I ask. It now being available on PS Now means that won't happen though, right? I'd rather have nothing than that shit.

>Give sandbox map
>Go to glowing check point to do mission
>Repeat across three zones

Its going to be another shitty GTA game as per usual. cant comment on story, I learned a long time ago to just skip cutscenes in Rockstar titles

I hope we get a riverboat casino

My hope is Rockstar San Antonio are the ones making it, because Rockstar can't make good game anymore.

I want to be able to pet the horses

I'd like to IRL but I don't own any horses so video games will have to fill that void

t. one of those annoying horse girls

I would like to be able to pet them as well, user. I was actually pretty disappointed I couldn't pet DD in MGSV.

Look man, I just want to pet a damn horse. Maybe feed it an apple or something.

Not looking to make it a lifestyle thing or part of my identity.

I liked that feature in Assassin's Creed 3.

I'm hoping rockstar comes to their fucking seances and starts working on bully 2

Sadly, bullying has become a hot topic as of late.

bully 2 will literally never happen in today's touch feely world.

>comes to their fucking seances
sounds spooky.

Rockstar has never given a shit before about their games being controversial why would they start now? I'm especially mad that they announced rdr2 on bully's 10th anniversary

>get detention for being in someone's safe space

>accidentally fart rape a female student
>get a wanted level

Multiplayer minigames.
Darts.
Horseshoes.
Hold em
More barfight lobby type stuff.

Rockstar games is the dev according to wikipedia. you got luck.

*bad luck

Bow and arrow.
Ability to swim.
Tree climbing.

Rockstar's games haven't done anything controversial since GTA 3 though. Everyone has since adjusted to the "you play as the bad guy" angle.

I honestly can't think of any Rockstar game past the first few GTA games that have caused any amount of outcry. Hot Coffee doesn't count because that was a feature that wasn't meant to exist in the game in the first place.

I'm expecting something along the lines of the Magnificent 7 where they come into town (or towns) and fuck up bandits for some reason, be it hired, on the run, or moralfag.

very likely something like that would be implemented actually.
