:)

Give those headphones back, Tyrone

>Vidya
>headphones
The fuck?

I have speakers, like a normal person.

Sony MDR 7506's

They've been making them since 1991, they are perfect.

No wonder you guys are so angry all the time. Inferior experiences are ruining games for you!

Not beats. Anything but beats. Goddammit faggot imbeciles.

Sennheiser PC 363D

AKG K712 pro
Before I switched to proper headphones I was going through 3 headsets a year.

is this some audiopedophile stuff?

a.co/h2zyqUi

Dirt cheap and they sound great-ish

I spent $350 on them so it's mid-tier audiophile.

dt990

These and the V6 are pure sex. I'm don't think I'll ever find better sounding headphones.

>$350

Damn, I only paid 250€ for them, which is just a little under $270. Are yours made in Austria? Maybe I got them cheaper since they started manufacturing them in Slovakia.

This cheap nigger.

Got ATH-M50s.

They're not the best for gaming (too much bass), but the sound quality is good overall and they're comfortable.

I got the slovakia ones too, I'm in Canada so I got railed by tax and that's in canadabux

Pic related
I also regular Sup Forums, they're good for both
Probably best bang for your buck and the ivory looks nice af

anyone got a rec for a headphone dac? this guy is starting to fuzz out.

inb4 memedi stack

Best headphones I've owned. Comfy as fuck and they sound great for both music and vidya.
Only problem is they sag off my head if I lean forward or backward too much. So they're kind of shit as headphones to use with a VR set.

Not really a headphone enthusiast, but I'm loving these.

Just keep an eye out on massdrop and check reviews for the product.
I got an Aune T1 and it's been doing me justice, but I've heard the gen2 of those suck.

>Sup Forums
Isn't the meme there that the 558 doesn't have any bass?

Some HD 202s. Simple, cheap and good quality

these cheapos sound better than my modded Sennheiser HD 555s + headphone amp (which is probably because I used the 555s for years)

Take a look at Meier amps

Senheiser HD 553. Not let me down so far

I rarely see people post that. Think it's more people trying to get reaction than a meme

my nigga

These and XPT100

Overkill for vidya, but fucking amazing.

I have the V6. It's great but the padding sucks dicks and fell apart after a month.

I am thinking about buying this.

Should i do it Sup Forums?

It's the best product i could find for my price range.

...

558 has enough bass to feel it, but not much more.
I like it imo. It's not very overpowering, so that's probably why people say there's no bass. But it's not like it isn't there.

Philips SHP9500. Best headphones on the market.

>mandatory weekly headphone Sup Forums circlejerk

only friendless faggots think these overpriced headphones are better than headsets

Phillips Fidelio.

Forget I'm even wearing them half the time.

>Implying headsets are the only way to communicate

I have had these for a long time now and they are great.

I used to use a pair of Sony MDR-V6s, but I bought some velour pads for them and gave em to my dad.

Now I'm using pic related. ATH-MSR7 in Gun Metal Grey.

Reminder to never buy anything from Snapheiser

Whoa, I've been looking at a new set of headphones when I can afford it and I have decided on these ones already. Seem to have good reviews and look great, what's your experience with them?

A little tight if you've got a large head.

DT 990 PROs

I'm never buying Sennheisers after them, their low price lineup is absolute fucking garbage and incredibly overrated and HD600 series and up headphones are just too damn boring to listen to. Fuck Sennheisers, what a fucking pleb brand. Every time I bought one I got incredible buyer's remorse because I believed in the reviews.

>*bing!* *bing!* 1up!
>Wahoooo!

Thanks user, no idea how big my head is though. Guess I'll measure lol

Ok yeah if you're an autist who tugs until it breaks
Be more gentle with your shit it isn't that hard

Holy shit. I used to have expensive senheiser headphones when I was a kid and the same exact thing happened, I felt like a piece of shit for breaking them. Fuck you senheiser, assholes.

Not him but I own a pair of MSR7, they are spectacular for female vocals but I prefer to use my fidelio X2s for gaming since the MSR7s aren't as open and have less bass but it is tight as fuck.

22.5 inches. Bang on average

I guess they'll be good for Miku games then, only really use headphones for PD games and Siege anyway but listen to a load of music and don't want random normies hearing my tunes

I spent $50 CDN on Audio-Technica ATH-M20x. They've served me well with videogames and rough audio edits but I noticed extended wear leaves my ears a bit sweaty, but I guess that comes with the territory of entry level over ear headphones.

I actually don't use headphones too often for vidya

my man. i have the same

Been using these for at least 5 years.

>wear out wire on headphones
>scam artist warranty has been delaying refunding for 2 months
>all I have are some shitty earbuds

These things physically hurt to wear. I never asked for this.

They are pretty damn good for a closed set without being overpriced. Sound stage is not bad for a closed set as well.

They do get uncomfortable on my head after a few hours even after reducing clamp pressure by bending since the ear cups are not thick enough for me, so I mostly use them for short listening sessions.

I find their sound signature a little fatiguing after prolonged use since they are fairly bright sounding.

speaking of shitty earbuds, what's the hottest new chink shit? I remember Sup Forums pushing JVC marshmallows for a while, and they were like 9 bucks.

Check the chink shit general on Sup Forums, there was plenty of people buying some for like $6, can't remember what brand they were mentioning.

I used to use Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D Sigma, they were good and trustworthy headphones that sadly died during one after me having one very bad night.

A bigger shame that they aren't made or sold anymore, wonder if I should go with Creative Sound Blaster Tactic3D

Sounds pretty good, but can the ear pads not be replaced if they cause discomfort?

What some decent headphones that aren't too expensive, but won't fall apart after a few months? I don't really care how they sound, my ears can't tell the difference.

I tried, got a pair of thicker non-angled sheepskin leather HM5 pads but they butchered the sound signature. The drivers seem to be fine tuned to earpad's thickness and material, if you increase distance from the drivers the sound signature could change drastically.

From what I can gather Creative makes good headphones

Ah I see, thank for the reply. Will give them a go anyway. Probably won't use them hours on end anways

I'm using Sennheiser HD 202's right now. They're surprisingly decent and pretty cheap (~$25 on Amazon).

>Can't post the first image of them on google since someone in this thread already has
I guess I'm not the only one who likes these things.

Don't know the brand, but I find them comfy as fuck

For $12, the only reason these ever get less than 5 star reviews is because people who spent much more money on their headphones don't want to admit how close they are in sound quality

Razer garbage with impedance so high you'd need to live in a powerplant to get a good ratio out of it.

The gr07 classic is actually really great for gaming

Pretty comfy and sound better than anything in its price range

I have a pair of nice headphones like these I was using for about 5 years, but recently I compared them to a much cheaper set of portable headphones, and I realized the cheaper ones sounded clearer and better.

How fast do drivers on these kind of headphones get worn out? I used a $50 headphone amp, can that ever wear out over time / degrade the sound quality?

Absolute GOAT for that price.

Good sound, comfy as fuck and look great. Also keeps my ears nice and warm in winter.

...

These have served me well for a good long time, In fact Audio Technica is usually my go to for good headphones.

AKG K701

...

I have the M40X. I couldn't really tell a difference between them and the M50

MDR 7506.

...

Get Superlux HD 668B. Sound the best of the bunch (since it the same china factory that makes parts for AKG phones).

Those will need a cheapo Velour-Pads upgrade though, or your ears will sweat.
(get the 10$ pads for AKG K-240 on ebay. They will fit.)

I need to replace my cans. Would you fuckers recomend pic related? They're on my budget.
I'm looking for something to play vidya, listen to hard rock, metal and electronic music.

Literally a pair of Skullcandy headphones I got for $20 at Marshalls.

is there any better headphones than the 598s? I'm gonna buy headphones for Christmas

Xiaomi Piston 3

Tfw can't wear headset because glasses

Kingston HyperX Cloud II nigga. I don't get why they aren't mentioned more on Sup Forums, what you get is unbelievable given its price.

If you're looking for a cheaper option, the Core is great as well.

...

...

youtube.com/watch?v=1l0EtAF_lEk

Sennheiser Game Ones. 10/10 would recommend. Great balance with huge depth. They bleed sound though so don't expect no one to hear your shit. In addition, they're also the comfiest I've ever owned.

I wear a headset with glasses

>All these niggers spending 100s of burgers on headphones
>I just picked up some 50 euro wankery at a local store and it's fine
I don't understand you

You can be educated and selective at any price level.
>all these niggers spending hundreds of burgers over PC parts
>buy and Xbox One, it's fine

That analogy is fucking terrible

Explain why beyond a pedantic distinction. Would you have preferred a food analogy instead?

PC and console are completely different, even if you include premades

Alright
>pc parts and bad pc parts
>good thing and bad thing
It's pedantic.

not really related but does anyone else get inner ear pain while wearing their headphones for a long time?
