i worked in Batman Arkham Origins and Dying Light over past few years. Worked in small projects and helped other games too . Cant say what currently working on.

I worked on several games myself over the years. You could easily double what you make if you moved out of gaming and into business development. It pays much better.

Depends on what you want from life. I spend 700 dollars a month on rent and food. That adds up to less than 10k a year. Add clothes, computer upgrades and software to the list and I can live pretty comfy for less than 20k a year.
