Lel, that's a pretty good idea - I got through without sleeping once as the Bachelor, but I used coffee beans as well (they're easier to abuse because you can always buy them from the bartender, whereas lemons you have to rely on luck as far as stock and loot). I'll have to try a lemon-only playthrough, I've been meaning to play it again. Maybe as Artemy this time.
Once you know what you're doing, playing without sleeping actually becomes really easy because of all the extra time you have to loot places, the only trouble is not getting hit because you can really only heal with bandages and tourniquets Still

It's pretty good though and it's kind of nice being able to do everything in a game within a reasonable amount of time.

The game is really easy to break
Stacking 3 meradorm and 1 hour of sleep almost fully heals you and removes all exhaustion
I never tried it, but if meradorm still heals HP and exhaustion over time while you aren't sleeping you should also be able to avoid sleeping by drinking it nonstop
Also I thought that the Merchant Venturer just wanted to fuck off to space to explore it just like what i thappens during Sunless Skies
