Two fans, single fans are usually reference blower designs. NEVER get a card with a reference fan design or reference cards in general.
500 is enough, newer GPU's have become very power efficient than older ones. I've had a 750w power supply for years because I needed it back when I got it. Its total overkill for my current setup because power requirements are so much lower.
No, not for at least a year and even then you probably won't find a 1070 for less than 299.
What do people think of the RX480 4GB its £60 cheaper in the UK that the 1060 6GB.
