I honestly love this entire soundtrack, but I always come back to this one in particular, what a phenomenal first impression.

Both Burst's fight and her theme is the best in the game.
You mean The Burst.
Metal Gear Rising Revengeance's metal gear Ray fight at the beginning.
not necessarily the best boss theme in the game but I get goosebumps every time
How could he leave a strong impression when he was such a weak bitch?
Ludwig's better.
spoilers:
they keep you imprisoned because they literally can't kill you
you are actually the bad guy, not just some prisoner of war or some good guy wrongly incarcerated
was anyone else hit really fucking hard by this? like that whole ending cutscene with the guy walking on the field while everything around him dies had a strong impact on me

Well
Teeeeeeechnically
He's the first of the DLC
The entirety of Bloodborn's OST is absolutely fantastic. father gascoigne theme is GOAT
One of the few video game soundtracks that I bothered downloading and listen to semi-regularly.

I love this game more than it deserves
The bunny guy is actually the architect of the prison.
He releases you in the hope that you destroy the motherbase as you are the only hope of humanity.
That's also why he tries to argue with you that you shouldn't listen to the mercy knockoff. Since staying there and being peaceful will result in a replacement being send to earth.
I love Carpenter Brut and I'd argue that the theme is better than 6:24, I just wanted to make a thread about Furi and didn't know what to start off with.
I thought it was pretty obvious you were locked up for a reason pretty soon, but at least you can redeem yourself by making all their deaths worth something. I have a theory that Rider knew all along what he was doing, that his plan from the very start was to get caught and inevitably break the cycle, but I won't get into that.
I'm not even sure it's the first boss tbqh

What is this from, anyway? The XONE exclusive boss (not for long, at least) or perhaps a scrapped fight against The Architect?
Probably a scrapped fight.
this game was undertale done right
It's the music for the boss The Voice defeats for you.
The prelude cutscene to the second boss
Tastes differ OP.
I personally likes this one better.
The Voice didn't defeat anyone. He was the boss.
It really is when you think about it, I even felt heavy implications that there was a sort of "loop" happening, with many Riders to come before you and I guess died (?). I think that what made you different than them was that he hesitated to kill someone before the events of the game, leading to you being locked up, rather than killed for whatever reason. And that lead the architect to take an interest in you and take risks in letting you escape.
Why is it at the end of the OST then?
I thought you were the first. Like some sort of scout.
