Because Japanese version of Mobius Final Fantasy just launched a new event that's a crossover between FF7Remake and Mobius (not just FF7 like last year's event which has different Cloud model and job class but expliciitly "FF7Remake").

Obviously the visuals are downgraded for the sake of mobile but the point is the art style of Cloud's new model in question.
Different face design, different hair design, different shoulderpad design, different belt design (with Crisis Core/Compilation of FF7 SOLDIER logo) and different Buster Sword design using the Advent Children/Crisis Core/Compilation of FF7 design with golden embelishments and engravings rather than bolts.
