Future story was good go fuck yourself. AC Black flag is unrionically the worst AC made next to unity.

Shit taste: The post

nice meme

Talk about bad taste

Wrong!

Aye

You can stop same fagging now.

Childhood is when you prefer the part inside the animus.
Adulthood is when you realize the present-day segments are better.

Swag Flag is the only good Asscreed game.

...

Rogue is pretty good, because it's an extension of Swag Flag.

>I use different devices to shitpost
wew.

NOW WE ARE READY TO SAIL FOR THE HORN

how embarrassing for (You)

...

SALLY BROWN SHE'S THE GIRL FOR ME BOYS

Black Flag is only AC worth playing.
Unity has a nice story, but nothing can make up for it's gameplay.

IN A WORLD WITHOUT GOLD WE MIGHT HAVE BEEN HEROES
:([/spiler]

I win

Rogue is objectively the best game in the AC franchise.

>wrong line thickness
wew

>Kenway randomly murdered some years later
>son becomes a jaded Templar
>daughter spends decades as a Turkroach sex slaver

Turkroach sex slave rather. The post-script to AC4 is kind of the biggest middle finger possible to anyone that actually liked Edward.

i just like being a pirate the future story is literally who-cares-tier

Don't forget the music.

Haven't felt this atmospheric about a game in a LONG while.

ROLLING DOWN TO OLD MAUI ME BOYS

youtube.com/watch?v=DPYAZUcohmw

Me neither. Idk what it was about this game, but I seriously couldnt put it down.

The gameplay wasn't godtier by any means but I felt so immersed. Havent had that same level of comfy since I beat it

this is correct
Naval battles at night in a driving snowstorm amidst icebergs are maximum comfy.
it's also an extremely good PC port, I recommend it highly

It did a great job of creating atmosphere. Having the open sea where you can do whatever the fuck, pull up to little small rickety outposts and pester some fuckhuge Spanish ship until you manage to take it down while your mates sing a catchy song does a really good job of pulling you right into the world. The non-ship part stuff can get tedious but the ship stuff is top notch.

IIRC they've said that Empire (or whatever it gets called) is going to be headed by "the team that was in charge of AC3 and AC4's sailing" which would be Ubisoft Singapore which, if that's the case, is pretty good news.

Ubisoft Singapore's contributions to the AC series:
>AC3/AC4/Rogue naval battles and ocean gameplay
>Helix Rift missions from Unity
>WWI missions from Syndicate
>Assassin's Tombs/Romulus Lairs/Masyaf Key levels from the Ezio games

That's a pretty tip top reputation.

all the Abstergo/future shit ruins AssCreed.
I hate it so much, it just completely breaks the flow and the immersion.
why can't I just run around in the past and stab niggas while enjoying the history-porn? why must I be dragged into Ubisoft's meta-faggotry?

Edward was too good for this world

Kind of this.
I thought it'd be fucking sick but they constantly shit the bed on it until finally they kill Desmond which was fucking stupid if you wanted to do anything with him.

I'd be okay with some strange nongun future where you climb modern day new York or San Fran or some shit but they do it like all of 4 times and they're so controlled that it's no fun.

All in all they should have either done it right and stuck with it or fucked itself away by brotherhood

Edward... had a hard life...

The river world naval combat is really bad though. You constantly have to do hard turns if you don't want to crash into a cliff.

yea.
the future segments are just pointless exposition with a tacked on linear "follow the glowing lights/minor platforming" but that doesn't fit in with the rest of the game.

I liked them, you had to invest in your firepower and plan well.
in the open sea you could just mortar & retreat

play rogue too.

...

They're finishing up the Project Phoenix story (which has, IIRC, been the main thrust of the present day story post-AC3) in tie-in comics. With Empire supposedly being a soft-reboot, likely they're going to deemphasize the present day stuff even more (since only the hardcore sperglords from r/AssassinsCreed care about that shit). You'll probably get some basic set up for using the Animus like the start of Unity or the Ezio trilogy multiplayer but aside from that it's going to be all historical.

What's Empire? Did they announce the new game already and I somehow missed it?

Finally, an AC game where you played as the good guys.

Rumored next game with an Egypt setting. Also rumored to be a trilogy of games with the other two taking place in the Roman Empire and Greece.

Aren't Templars just globalists, though?

I mean, Assassin's are faggots but Templars don't seem to be much better.

Ah, I knew about the Egypt thing but I didn't know there was a rumored name

So theyre going back to Mesopotamia?

Jesus even the rumors are terrible and bland.

AC needs to be put down like a rabid dog.

Consider it confirmed

Ok Alex Jones.

the patrician AC is brotherhood

>shit tier is brotherhood

FTFY

Aside from the bomb and guild defense bullshit Revelations was pretty good too, those unskippable 15 minutes of credits though...

Childhood is when you think your opinion matters.
Adulthood is when you realize you should kill yourself

>people enjoy being bored
>"but muh story line is good"

I'd buy those three games in a heartbeat if they include more than 3 ruins per game.
Imagine AC2's ruins, but now with MYHTOLOGY.

Im sure jingling keys infront of your face would yield the same response you rube.

>2016
>AC is still a thing.
