Dead Rising wasn't a good game.

Restrictive time limit.
Overuse of Beat the Clock fights.
Dogshit aiming.
Clunky movement.
Cheap tactics from Bosses.

Non-lethal ways in Directors Cut makes these boss fights better through.

inb4 'good games'

Hope you found all that silver gear bucko because you're fucking dead without it.

Actually, no, I'm going to give you the bat dick even if you have a full set of silver.

shadow of mordor

I quit the game at this point, I just could not be bothered to put up with its shit.

Shadow or mordor

>quitting at the literal final boss
Yeah, sure.

Also, this guy.

This was at a time where you couldnt just look up a playthrough and know when the end of the game was user, I quit thinking I had just had enough of the game, not that it was the end.
>FFX is 14 years old

>This was at a time where you couldnt just look up a playthrough

What the fuck are you on about? We've had walkthroughs since before you were born, and computers, too.

Not everyone did, stop implying everyone had the same experience growing up as you. I didnt get the internet in my house till I was finishing high school, I didnt get my own PC till I left home. As for the walkthrough, they cost money, £12 is alot for a 12 year old to spend on a book. Ive never owned a walkthrough in my life.

Holy shit this
>fight through a million chaos assholes
>fight half a dozen 'Champions' who are basically bullet sponges who try to one-shot you in melee
>hyped to fight this fucker one on one
>'fight' is essentially a Mortal Kombat stage transition with a QTE slapped on it

what the anatomy of these suits. do they have their arms spread jesus on the cross style into the shoulders or down by their sides or what

...

So when you say you couldn't, you really mean you just didn't. That has nothing to do with "the time." I don't care whether or why you didn't finish Final Fantasy X; I've dropped just about every game I've ever played, including that one. I was simply alarmed that you seemed to think that the turn of the millennium was some sort of dark age.

I didn't have video games at all until I was finishing high school and had a job, so most people here did not have the same experience growing up as me.

They are genefreak haemonculae. They're designed to eat rocks and shit bullets and fit in these suits which were probably designed by GW before they thought they'd have to explain the morphology to lore nerds.

Thats not what I was implying at all, you said "yeah, sure" like I somehow knew that was the final boss before quitting and was lying about quitting there. Right here;
Thats why I brought up playthroughs not being readily available, you seemed to be under the impression that I knew that was the final boss regardless of having no guide of any sort or access to a computer to get that information.

I watched my friend play through the end of FFX once, and if I recall, he had to fight Sin and then Jecht. Jecht might not have been obvious, but how could you not have known that you were on the threshold of beating the game, when the whole game was building up to defeating Sin?

Whatever man, you were twelve. Did you have computers at your school or library at that time in the U.K.? Not that you'd have even known to look it up, if you had already decided you'd had enough of the game, I'm just curious.

I just lost interest I think, lost the fight like 3 times and just stopped playing. I didnt play games that much as a kid, they were just something to do when you werent out playing.
I remember stopping for a while at that one boss in a snow area too. Seymour transformed or something.

>I just could not be bothered to put up with its shit.
It is one of the easiest bosses of the game you absolute shitter

Weve established that he was 12 when he played it. Im going to go ahead and call every 12 year old that plays games a shitter by default.

>Halo 4
>good
Get out of here 343
