I really hate playing Deus Ex and have never had any fun with it, but I recognize it's a good game.

But if you mean all the fun a game can give you through it's humour, nice scenery, a system that evolute throughout the game as you play then it should be the definition of a good game.

Or that it needs to have "challenge."
