SMB3 > SMW
I like both.
Same, but 3 is better, sorry.
never played 3 so SMW
SMW is too adventure-y for me.
A perfect Mario level shouldn't be trial and error; you should be able to sight-read it.
The only choice
SMW
3.
Fuck SMB3fags
SMW for life
Fuck SMWfags, SMB3 for life.
3 is more of a Mario game, but SMW is more fun
I honestly don't care for either. I prefer Mario Bros. 1 and 2.
3 has better power ups and the worlds have more variety than SMW, but SMW had Yoshi which was pretty good back then and the secret levels gave the game a lot of replay-ability and all the different routes you could take to get to Bowser.
admittedly the cape makes the game way too easy and if you get the color switches the levels also are much easier.
The music in SMW is better.
SMB3 no contest.
SMW is fine, but it lacks the magic and sheer fun that 3 had.
Sup Forums, Y U NO BACK UP YOUR CLAIM WITH REASONS
SMB3 is better because it's more innovative and has more variety but SMW is more polished.
SMB3 wins anyway.
Fine fine.
SMW first place because I liked it more.
SMB3 next place because I liked it a tiny bit less.
3 because it has more and better power-ups and is a much more concise game.
The cape in World is just straight up broken, as is Yoshi.
World is worse because
>every level is the same exact theme
>yoshi is a GIMIICK.
>the colored switches were a gimmick
>not as much level variety plains, underground, water, castle, ghosthouse, forest
>no new power ups except for cape feather
There is no debate here.
Super Mario 3 all the way.
raccoon is a gimmick
hammer bros sit is broken
game is way too linear
3 has more variety in enemies, levels, power ups, it even had those random mini stage bosses and mini games.
I love super mario world but 3 is superior, and I love it too.
>SMB3 is easier but it's levels are too short
>SMW has longer levels with branching paths (Like those ice caverns you find in the cave stages)
>But it's easy as shit
Super Mario World
the flying controls are somehow even worse, but everything else about it, aside from probably the music, is better (there's no substitute for that funky plant music)
