Near the end of Anor Londo into the Dukes Archives.

Down the spoopy skeleton graveyard Equip the lantern in your shield hand

Beneath Firelink Shrine. You need to kill the boss in the forest first for a ring that allows you to fight the Four Kings.

I beat Sif. Is there another boss there?

You need to be cursed motherfucker. You can also find items that give you a "temporary" curse.

You have to be curses in order to hit them with melee weapons. Use an item called a Transient Curse, which you can find in the area (also an occasional drop from the ghosts), or buy some from the female undead merchant.

There are two, the other one is a butterfly which isn't mandatory, just gives you an Divine Ember, which is actually quite useful for the Skeleton Tombs.

But after you kill Sif you can fight the boss in New Londo.

So basically I gotta fight the new londo boss and the archives boss?

And I killed pinwheel in the skelly caves, is there another boss there?

After you get the Lordvessel:
Anor Londo -> Duke's Archives -> Crystal Caves
Firelink Shrine -> New Londo Ruins (make sure to have the ring from Sif)
Queelag's Domain -> Demon Ruins -> Lost Izalith
Firelink Shrine -> Catacombs -> Tomb of Giants

Because guides are shit and ruin the game for you.
Getting hints from peers, especially people who really like the game, is better because they'll point you in the right direction instead of spelling it all out for you.

Do I have to have sif's ring equipped

Not for the area, just the boss. You'll come to a part in the level where you descend down a big spiral tower. Equip the ring and jump into the abyss at the bottom.
