What game this year did you enjoy the most?
Your personal GOTY

You can't be this fucking stupid
Probably Pokemon.
This
Is it out?
Final Fantasy XV, im really enjoying it, i didn't even find chapter 13 all that bad, but it would sure be a pain in the ass to replay that
It's a tossup really. I really enjoyed Haydee and Wuppo. Hard to choose.
of course it is. it's been out for like 2 weeks
Oh fug
Someone posted a mega link like last week. No, I don't have it
The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine.
Xenoblade Chronicles X. The exploration was really fun, so is the ground combat. The Skells are cool, but trivialize the rest of the game. Also The Potato's eyes are weird as fuck.
Final Fantasy XV.
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir
>Xenoblade Chronicles X
That was 2015 Broseph.
sauce
Mario Maker 3DS
>Doing side mission
>IMPERIALS ABOVE US
IRON GIANTS AND BOMBS SPAWN WHEN THE MOON HITS
THIS FUCKING GAME MAN
Titanfall 2
Rainbow Six Siege and Overwatch are also decent
That's Mirajane from Fairy Tail
DOOM
Dishonored 2 if they fix the performance
Tales of Berseria.
Marijuana from ducktales
Nice meme
...
Dark Souls 3
And it's not even a great game, tells you about how shitty 2016 was
What the actual fuck. Even tales of games succumbed to sjw pressures? 2016 as really be a shit year. The trend continues into 2017 it seems.
Say what? I just said it was my GOTY. Perhaps you're in the wrong thread. And no, it's pretty obvious it didn't succumb to SJWs.
>Female lead.
Didn't succumb to sjws.
Ah okay my bad.
Ace Attorney 6.
I finally got around to this series. Playing the first one right now. I'm really liking it so far.
Pokemon Sun/Moon of Overwatch.
It's fucking great. One of my favorite sagas ever. Stay away from spoilers though, it's really easy to spoil it and you'll regret it. Half the fun of the game is drawing your own conclusions.
Also if you're gonna go trough it all I heavily recommend going trough the Investigations spinoffs before moving on to the 3DS titles.
Hoping this is b8
By time you're around Lv.25 Iron Giants and Bombs are a joke, now Red Giants on the other hand, those motherfuckers mean business.
>those visuals
>that soundtrack
>that plot
>that gameplay
>60 fps
MonHun X (western release)
I'm a tightass though, I usually wait and buy games when they hit half-price.
So, my answer will likely eventually be Last Guardian or FFX.
Honestly, AM2R.
>mfw playing furi for the first time
I haven't played many games from this year because my pc is from 2011 and can't handle most of the modern stuff.
I did enjoy das3 and the metroid 2 remake though
I only downloaded this because it was a free demo and Nintendo wouldn't shut the fuck up about it, but I feel in love with this game.
The characters, the simple yet tense game play, the surprisingly fucked up plot lines, THE FUCKING SOUNDTRACK

And I thought solitaire was going to be shit.
Now give me a Mahjong sequel starring Barry
This was a pleasant surprise, couldn't beat the guy that controls time though.
>being a console pleb
>some dude is actually translating it and is making good progress
the witness
>updates: the video game
titanfall 2
agreed. literally every AAA title I was looking forward to has disappointed me. XCOM 2 ran like shit and wasn't fun, dark souls 3 has no longevity, replayability, or depth. dishonored 2 ran like shit. ffxv is only 3/4 of the full game. I can't think of anything else this year that I'm interested in but 2016 was disappointing.

Why would I get a penny for that?

I warned you not to reply.
before I go "red ring" myself is there anything i should know about how GOTY is chosen/nominated?
What account?
Haven't beaten ffxv or last guardian but so far, am2r

>realizing the only video games I've played that have come out this year are Overwatch, Pokemon, and Doom.
I don't really consider any of them GOTY material. I feel like Odin's Sphere would be mine but I haven't played it yet because I don't have a PS4 yet.
Tokyo Mirage Sessions.
>mfw
Not a single fucking one. Literally not one. Fuck video-games.
Furi
I didn't play many
this desu
>18\33
what a loser
She's from Fairy Tail yo
...
I downloaded this from PSN, is it fun?
I dunno.
So far I've played
>Digimon Cybersleuth
>Odinsphere remake
>D44M
>Salt and Sanctuary
>Dark Souls 3
>Attack on Titan
>Monster Hunter Generations
>FE Fates
>Watch Dogs 2
>FFXV
>Pokemon Sun
>SMTIV Apocalypse
But I'm not sure which one I liked the most.
Cybersleuth, D44M, Salt and Sanctuary, Watch Dogs 2, and the Attack on Titan game were all better than I expected them to be, but not "great".
Odinsphere was pretty good, but kind of repetitive, and Mercedes wasn't that fun to play as.
I've played a lot of Dark Souls 3 and MH Generations, but I don't know if I'd consider them my GOTY.
Pokemon Sun and SMTIV Apocalypse were fun handheld RPGs, but I had enough issues with them that I'm not really comfortable calling them my favorites of the year.
I don't remember much about FE Fates.
I think the Nioh beta is some of the most fun I've had playing games this year, though. I wish the full game came out this year.
I still have Tokyo Mirage Sessions and Trails of Cold Steel 2 on my backlog, so maybe one of those will be my GOTY
Fixing to get Titanfal 2 looks fun. My goty is Doom definitely so far.
The extra steam-exclusive scenario with the toddler drained my balls
Is this playable in japanese or what, why is it so popular
