Admit it, you once thought using the biggest sword you could find was 'manly' and cool

Admit it, you once thought using the biggest sword you could find was 'manly' and cool.

I never thought that. I never liked being involved in fights. I always thought being the passive, thinking person who fixes things is a better display of manliness.

You're right.

Now I think dual-wielding is cooler.

I'm #WithHer too

I was the flaming katana type. Still am.

it is tho

Let me guess: you play as a healer in mmos?

Sort of

>Me unga bunga

Nah, if I did I would've went with the double bladed lightsaber in SW games
It's dual wielding all the way baby.

I still do

No I always wanted the electric or fire sword

Went from: dual wielding is best, then biggest sword, then to fuck it, fists all the way.

What does wanting to play the most relaxing role have to do with anything I just said?

Once.

But then I played Bloodborne and I'm a full Dexfag now.

I was more of a duel-wieldfag, actually
I've recently gained an appreciation for spears and bows though

holy fuck just cuz you don't like fighting doesn't mean you have to be a pussy faggot too, baka,
you probably drive safely in gta

...

Always been a spearfag myself.

Sorry to say, but if that's how "healers" are supposed to act, then I'm quite the prude.

I have no idea what sort of mmos you boys playing but I'm used to having responsibilities and plenty of room to min-max as healer.

If healer is the cumdump then DPS is the cuck jacking silently in the corner.

the fuck does this even mean

I like polearms and swords with cool single-strike stuff.
Iado gives me a massive boner.

Homosexuals making porn for themselves

How about you face each other and kiss while me and some other user plow your assholes full of cum?

But it is

GS = stupid, slow ass weapon for cowards and shitters.

LBG and lance = elegant, fast and versatile weapons for the brave veteran.

MEMORIES BROKEN

>LBG
>not for cowards
In most previous games, where it was blown out by HBG sure, but in generations Adept with Full House, the true cowards tool.

I still think that. Big dumb swords are fun.

While I liked swords as a kid, I got my hands in the dark tower series when I was just a child, and because of that I always wanted to be a gunslinger carrying revolvers the size of small dogs, the kind of revolver that is so loud and with a kick powerful enough to shatter every bone in a normal human arm.

Big fucking revolvers that are loud as fuck and can carve watermelon sized holes in people will always be the coolest thing in this universe.

Not really, I generally thought shorter swords were more interesting for some reason.

Healers generally heal because they enjoy doing a poor job and getting abuse from the other players
This is generally only true for the pussier of the healing classes, such as priest or Mercy

It got a buff, but it is still a weapon designed for the brave, 1 hit still means death, you need to be prepared all the time and know the monster movements perfectly, just to use it the way it is intended.

LBG master race!

Yes.
Now i think sword (and board) is the coolest shit on the block.

>manly tears' dad shows off his gun collection

Lost Musket is God!
GOD!

I had to come around to giant swords. Really, as far as large weapons go I'm currently a fan of giant clubs, hammers and maces.

My favorite has been barehanded for the past decade because catching a sword is a lot cooler than swinging one

Childhood is idolizing swords

Adulthood is realizing spears make more sense

I don't deny it, but I don't remember it happening. I used to think magical swords were the shit, though, mainly because of He-Man and the thundercats.

I guess my sin was thinking that nunchakus were actually practical and worth mastering until my late teens,

HBG > everything

Shit I thought I was the only one. Was it Street Fighter that somehow made you love giant swords in other games because it taught you how to spacing and positioning? Or am I autistic?

Definitely autism.

Very good to Lock down monsters in a continuous chain of flash shots, KOs, and traps.

Shit is monstrous if used right, and is also very fun.
But I prefer the classic normal LV2 LBG, very practical.

Gotta go fast if you wanna live.

Nah. Never been much of a tank.

I need to go fast and hit hard. If the game had a Katana, I stuck with it until getting the best weapon. I blame Rurouni Kenshin for my infatuation with them.

I still do. Honestly the best choice would be dual wielding two of the biggest swords though. I played through most of Dragon's Dogma with a Massive 2h. The only thing that stopped me was the fact that Bitterblack is impossible without ranged attacks.

Not him but fuck you. Trying to display manliness through mmo, dear god you're pathetic. You are a genetic failure and you can cry all you want, answer whatever you want; you will never have children. I already have 3 with two different wives, and my ex wife tried to kill me lasy month and it sucks but hey, my genetics will live on. I work my ass off to provide to my family and still find time to play videogames and shitpost on Sup Forums.

So fuck you, kid. Fuck you and your genes and that pathetic behaviour of yours.

t. Total fucking shitter.

Learn to evade.

Play as a healer in any game is fucking boring desu.

Blah blah blah. You're a beta male.

Alpha males play tanks.

>LBG
>Not masters of evasion

fite me irl fgt, oh, wait you can't, you are too busy getting carted by anything faster than a khezu.

I grabbed it early on when first getting into lbg. The gun has become part of me. It makes you feel like a walking mortar. I love it.

Slow ass weapon with ludicrous damage > counter moves > very fast waepoon tickling at incredible HIHG speed > balance of speed an power

There is NOTHING better than landing a hit and seeing whatever was on the receiving end disintegrate

I played the original for approximately 4000 hours.

I've played the series so much I fucking retired.

You know the Legendary Gunner that fag by the tree kept talking about in the generation one games?

That's me, bitch.

I got really into Berserk just as I started playing MMOs so I thought oversized greatswords were the coolest thing ever and I still think so.

I was all about dual wielding before that.

Max unarmed
Go for nonstop suplexes and wrestling moves if possible.
If you what's the point in playing?

And I've just realized Skyrim has a mod to dual wield 2h swords. Whats the biggest sword on the Nexus right now?

For me it's always being about the quality of the weapon. If I can have a sword made of an alloy of mithril + adamantium or whatever I will have it.
I also like "legendary" weapons: Durandal, Excalibur, Tizona or Masamune/Muramasa.

I was "That kid" back then and made all of my character dual wield in some ways.

>Implying that I aren't a experienced LBG main since the PS2 game.

All the fucking way to MHGen baby LBG never let me down, monsters look at my fucking gun and they burst into flames.

I'm all about hammers and maces now.

Don't listen to the naysayers and neanderthals. You and me are evolved gentlemen that always work smarter instead of harder. We use the oil barrels to end a boss quickly and efficiently while these degenerates are all "muhh big sword imma whack it to da death" and always die by the hands of someone that can outsmart them

I always tried to make weirdest possible weapon choice. Usually dual-wielding something like magic staffs or shields, but I admit I love making manlet characters that wield weapons twice bigger than them, two of them if possible.
Or giant wielding darts and small knifes, everything goes really as long as it is weird looking.

I loved the warhammers in Skyrim so much. I upgraded to ebony when I could, but man, the elven warhammer was the raddest-looking shit.

You must be me, because this is exactly my opinion.

Bare handed fighting is just way too cool.

I love how they did insane damage while exerting "little" effort(in my part)

The "I think they're cool and manly" came later
