HELP.. WHAT DO I SAY?! i WANT THE JOB BUT i DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY SOUL

stop being a fucking faggot. a job's a job, and it's at a real company at that.

>but muh muh epic gamer friends told me le ea is le corporate devil

get real you hippie

You gotta eat, bitch.

you lost your soul the second you decided to work in the video game "industry" instead of making your own games

Take the job, climb the ranks and infest them with good ideas for games and fun gameplay, and a respect for customers.

You can be a hero user

>Sup Forums - My Blog

BUT I'LL BECOME THE VERY THING Sup Forums HATES. I don't think I can deal with that kind of trauma.

I'm more worried they'll infect me with their policies. I DONT WANT TO BE A MINDLESS DRONE MAN

iT'S EITHER THIS, OR APPLE, AND I /REALLY/ DONT WANT APPLE

Who's to say you can't get some experience there before moving on to some other company? Working for such a huge name will look good on your resume regardless of how shitty the company really is.

If you think you have the chops to get a better job without trying too hard, you can decline

Personally I would go for it, having EA on your resume is going to be good for future opportunities.

Semi-related story:
>Be unemployed for years after graduating with eng degree because I couldn't find work right off the bat (this is a death sentence btw)
>Go to family gathering
>Buddy's friends uncles mothers sisters cousin whatever works at a software company
>Says he'll give me a rec, really nice person and very helpful
>Okay why not
>Get interview
>Informal, people seem nice
>Get job
>Find out the person who recommended me is basically the top dog for the technical side of things (this is a HUGE company)
>Really dislike jerb
>Learning nothing
>Work is depressing and difficult
>Deadlines looming, don't know how to do shit because no one even communicates in this cubicle-simulator-2000
>Grinding my ass through it
>Hopefully won't get shitcanned
>Will have one of world's biggest companies on my resume as a bargaining chip

Sup Forums hates everything retard, take the job, get off your ass, and do something with your life

if you could get a job at apple you could get a job anywhere. literally just stick it on your resume and that's all people will look at

OK, retard. When your family and friends ask you if you took that job that would've given you financial stability, independence, a solid start to a legitimate career path, health insurance, and the potential to grow in your field, tell them you didn't do it because you're such a real gamer and you couldn't sacrifice your gaming principles to get a real job.

I'm sure they won't think you're a total fucking faggot.

We need someone on the inside, go for it.

Maybe you can be a force for good at EA?

Alright... fine..

I'll take it for nothing mroe then the resume, you're right, it would look good. Even if it is ...EA..

I'll do my best to try and turn EA into a shining example of what the videogame industry should be then!

Fucking sellout.

Take the job for the paycheck, but always keep looking for a job at a real company that actually cares about quality.

The fact that you're working at EA despite it being a shitpile will look good on a resume.

This.

We really do need some insiders to at least have some kind of influence.

Don't worry about Sup Forums. There's always some unhappy faggot no matter what place you're in.

Dear Sup Forums,
I have a potentially new job where i can get FUCKING CASH MONEY but i don't want to risk MUH BROS in here

>What do i do?
>Plz respond

>pretty please? I'll dress up as that girl again
>plz fucking respond

This is you, OP

What if OP doesnt need CASH MONEY?

>Selling your soul for cash

You're worse.
