Skyrim with mods? The succubus mod prevents normal health regeneration and you have to have sex to regain health. Healing potions don't work normally and there's a special merchant you can buy semen potions from that regen health/stamina/magicka.

There's actually two succubus mods from memory, a race mod and just a normal mod that makes any female character you make play like a succubus. Combining the two works pretty well.
