Nope. They won't ever fix this issue. If you download Ishiiruka you can have the game instead not render any of the objects while their shaders are compiled, which is preferable to stopping and won't mess up your timing, but still obviously undesirable.

As it was, outsourced development to platinum and their western branch in Retro made the only good games for the console (W101, Tropical Freeze) the rest all feeble attempts at incorporating a second screen and the best thing people can say about those mediocre titles is "oh well they tried" which just further enables Nintendo to continue their mediocrity.

They offer something that PC can not.
