The gods are four whose works grow cold
As one betrays their laws of old
Then dark grow deeds, and darker hearts
For lost to all are holy arts
A vagrant comes amidst this gloom
To seal the gaping maw of doom
Kill the blasphemer!
...
Hopefully everyone has played Sacrifice.
This looks like a catholic approved family game, user.
Charnel, death is not the answer to everything.
>tfw as a kid I kept trying to play this because it seemed absolutely fantastic but I didn't speak english or understand anything of it so I couldn't get anywhere
Does it work well on modern systems?
Yes.
At least no one ever discusses it, even if they've played it, but for me it remains as one of the best horror FPS games I've played and replayed countless of times.
Cool, I'll probably check it out now then.
>Tim fucking Curry's sweet sweet VA
Just take me now famalam
If you're using Windows 8 (this may apply to 10 as well, not sure) the framerate can be pretty bad. It's a common problem with games that use DirectDraw and happens when you run them on fullscreen. You can fix it by running the game with dgVoodoo2.
ON DA MOVE!
8.1 yeah, thanks I'll look out for it.
>game with high fantasy theme
>unit that uses machineguns or firearms in general
Always my favorite. They're quite OP too.
>very high damage and rate of fire that stunlocks the target
>only weakness is that they have limited range
>special ability allows them to teleport across distances
Literally installed it yesterday, went through the tutorial and lost motivation.
Is it worth continuing for someone who hates RTS combat? It always ends up in a huge clusterfuck of units and my only strategy being "select all, click enemy"
>that fucking story
>that WHOOPING last battle
I was like 14 when I played it.
I loved it, but it was way too hard for me and I didnt get far.
You might as well quit now, the game is designed around being almost entirely combat-focused.
A couple of warmongers and you can snipe wizards quite easily. I really like the art direction in sacrifice. A mix of fantasy and industrial.
Pretty much any King's Field, I'm certain that there's at least one that I haven't played though.
It's too bad Vaati didn't make any videos about the history of Souls, if he did then maybe I wouldn't have to deal with the current Souls community being up its own ass about everything.
The industrial part really only applies to Pyro's units
It's a big deal in the story though.
I played this. Was great. I beat the game twice and unlocked Marduk as a summoner. Then went on multiplayer
