Played both. Not quite what im looking for though. I want a real sense of unease. Like something is wrong but you cant put your finger on it

Alien Isolation did that for me. Two hours just to see the xeno, then the general unease of knowing it could appear at any time and nowhere is safe.

I don't know an example, but it would be great if you had a game where you keep noticing something that's definitely not right but whenever you try to talk to NPCs about it they don't notice anything wrong.

Anyone remember what that game was that had no graphics that was about a guy in a diving suit at the bottom of the ocean and you had to guide yourself just through sounds?

It's getting a remake so you might be better off not playing it now. Try Anatomy instead.

Its a shame Attack on Titan has a shitty setting, a survival horror with giant monsters that only move during the day would've been cool.
