Die Hard would work well as a level in a Max Payne game, but I don't think it would work as a full game in itself. The movie is filmed almost in real time and John and the terrorists are confined to the top 3 floors of the building the entire movie; there simply isn't enough content to make a fun (modern) game out of it.

There was already Die Hard for Arcades and it was great, there is Saturn port of that too.

I rewatched Die Hard recently like I do every Christmas, and I feel like there were a lot of similarities between it and MGS1.
