>not using these controllers

wired 360 and buffalo snes

Gh

any wired controller

wireless is for casual fags who like input lag and replacing batteries

the fuck are you spewing.

I can't desu.

For fighting games, I use the wii u controller too, because I use the analog stick on the left instead of the dpad, I just like it up there imo.

How do you set up the WiiU Pro for PC gaming?

if you dont understand what input lag is, there's not much else to say

Only thing that controller is missing is analog triggers.

It's not the 90s anymore.

>Pro Controller can last up to 80 hours without needing charged

>Show me a better game pad I dare you.
Casual!

Gee whiz, when did they invent technology that lets you use a controller with no batteries?
I've had no less than Dualshock 3s die on me because the batteries wore out.
I've only ever had to buy ONE wired 360 controller.

80% of 0 is still 0 faggot.

The input lag meme, retard.

Although I sold them both, I owned a Wii U and Xbone.

Xbone > Wii U > 360 > Dualshock 3 > DualShock 4

>all that shit
>no DOUG button
It's shit.

I don't care about input lag. I care about having to disassemble the whole fucking controller to replace batteries. I care about weak charging ports that eventually break.

Considering the only games you ever need a controller for on PC are emulated, and considering the only consoles worth emulating are Nintendo's, this really is the best controller.

Wired 360 is literally the best controller ever made.

Great controller for 3D since it is shaped for it. Use a SNES knockoff for 2D since I can't find a good Saturn reproduction.

RF, IF, Bluetooth, etc are all very different types of wireless controllers. Bluetooth is very powerful and response in short distances. Stop being a dumb tart because that does not apply. And how dumb do you have to be not to unscrew it and get a new battery. Fuck you barely need to recharge this one.

This bothered me before I tried it. Haven't really noticed nearly as much as I thought. Might if I played more racing games, but most else it doesn't make much difference.

Or platformers. Or dark souls.

Why did you post that in reverse order? I've never seen someone make a list that way before.

also platformers and third person games

>complaining about having to recharge something for 20 minutes once every 80 hours

lmao

Really depends on your preferences.

Pic related:

Pros
>$20
>functionally equivalent to PS2 gamepad
>most likely at your nearest Walmart
>supports DirectInput and XInput
>logo button swaps left joystick with dpad (handy for some emulated games)

Cons
>no vibration
>wired (if you don't like that)
>won't last as long as first party controllers

R1 was getting seriously jammed during my DS3 playthrough, but this was also the same controller that got me through DS1 back 3-4 years ago.
The controller's strengths are that it's familiar and it's very accessible, rating high on cost to performance.

>>mfw 80% of my friends use this for pc gaming
>Show me a better game pad I dare you.

Anything because those are based on some other software for xbox or ps3 controllers so the wii controllers end up being glitchy as fuck. Trust me I've tried them but xbox controllers just work better for pc.

You shouldn't be playing fighting games or shmups with a controller to boot.

Why would any non-casul play dark souls on PC? And platformers are already covered since I said it's for emulating Nintendo games.

Just about to send pretty much this
It's literally over 3 full days.

>dualshock
>better than literally anything else

you're an idiot weeb pedo

Bluetooth is 1ms delay

And you only play casual games with a controller anyway

Isn't bad for its price and really lazy way to get both Xinput and Direct Input. Triggers and shoulders are stiff as fuck though, but good dpad. Good value in a crunch I would agree.

But that's wrong

The sad things is they already stopped making them

You won't be able to buy a new one pretty soon

Is this some new bait?
Dark souls is capped to 30fps on consoles.

>non-casul
PVP is pretty much dead on every other platform. It's at Demon's Souls levels. Meanwhile PVP is pretty strong on PC still.

man, bait aint what it used to be

(you)

Yeah, the DS4 is objectively the best controller. Glad we're on the same page.

Any 360 controller supports DirectInput. It's nothing special!

>No vibration
>Con
One less thing to disable. This thing literally has no cons.

But that's wrong.

>play at 60 FPS
>can't make any jumps
>clip through the world and die when you slide down ladders
m-m-master race rite guys?

it's 100% true, stop shitposting

>80% of your friends
AKA that one autistic guy you know from an MMO you played that has since died that you keep talking to but don't know why but you like the same shit and sometimes you even game together and even though you'll never meet what he thinks of you is really important for some odd reason, more so important than what your family and girlfriend think of you

>Dark souls PVP
That's as casual as it gets

Is this the new Sup Forums meme?

...

If common sense is a meme, then sure. Meme it up.

Shilling for Sony has always been a Sup Forums meme.

there is a rumble model too. 510 i think?

are you still trying? jesus kid quit making yourself cringe

Too dumb to remap input or get a mayflash adapter. It also natively works with Steam Link.

Runs on bluetooth only difference is Nintendo doesn't map its inputs based on a Windows controller standard. Easy to fix.

Is the dpad on this good or is it as shitastic as the one on the tablet controller?
I can connect my wiimote+classic controller pro for that, but it's a pain in the ass to do

(You)

>mfw I'm 12 and autistic and believe everything my 55 year old guild leader in wow says

You can hijack someone's bluetooth controller with another wireless controller, this is especially dire during tournament play

I rather not risk this, as it has happened before.

The triggers and dpad on the xbone are godawful. The clicks make it feel like a chinese controller

I prefer DS3. Will be trying out the DS4 literally tomorrow. The Wii CCPro and Pro U Controller are definitely decent choices, though.

>proper asymmetrical stick layout
>best D-Pad for under $100
>still in production
>standard controller for PC due to Xinput
>plug and play installation
>properly wired
>decent size and weight

Garbage Console
Best Controller

Wow are nintoddlers really this delusional and immature? I regret actually supporting the wiiu now.

Xbone > WiiU pro > 360 > Ps4 > Gamecube > Ps3/2 > Xbox huege S > Dreamcast > Xbox hueg duke > N64

>unergonomic shape
>garbage d-pad
>garbage mushy buttons
>triggers too stiff, turn into digital in Dinput mode
>shoulder buttons at wrong position
>sticks with square-shaped hardware deadzones covering 60 % of the movement
>stick buttons only working with centered sticks
>wire too short
>no tripping protection
>no indicator lights
>no vibration feedback
>not durable, breaks easily
It's literally the same price as a wired 360 controller but it's worse in any regard.
It's a total ripoff.

did anyone say anything about nintendo or supporting nintendo? no you fucking dumbass, we are calling out your bullshit about wireless controllers just to bait and shitpost about it. Its not the 90's anymore you ignorant fuck. Reported on all your posts. Have a good day

No thanks. Purely useless in anything but driving games and even in those their uses are limited.

Give me digital buttons so I can have immediate input response. I'll never understand this meme

BLACKED

fairly accurate but the 360 controller is overrated

You're watching too much porn.

>Reported on all your posts.
Nice job, do you also report everyone in every game you play for hacking because you didn't get your way?

>did anyone say anything about nintendo
Yes, I did in my first post and that's where all the replies came from. I was talking about wiiupro controllers specifically if you were paying any attention and it had nothing to do with whether the controllers were wireless or not.

So, 80% of your friends are from some Pokemon community? Pretty sad.

Xbone controller, your crap has useless trigger and no native support on relevant platforms.

Even if you keep it at 30 it's still superior on PC because of better graphics and living multiplayer.

The DualShock 4 is a genuine improvement over previous PS controllers.

You don't need to fully press them to activate them, you stupid idiot.
Analog > Digital

Except that some GC games make good use of analog triggers

It's really good. It looks alienating at first but once you hold one in your hands and remember that most gamepad discussion are either full of hyperboles or retards that can't use controllers

I still like to use a DS3 controller the most of the time on PC though thanks to the analog triggers and non-trash D-Pad

can you actually use these on a PC?
does it emulate xbox controller so you just plug and play?

It's just Nintendo shilling Wii U overstock.
Get a DualShock 4, it works out of the box with Steam.

>DS4
ew, I'm sticking to xbone then

>presents her tits towards you
>pull down blouse
>she gets mad

>I'm sticking to xbone then
Why? It's the inferior controller and only works on Windows 10.

>only works on Windows 10.
how are you this dumb? im literally typing this with an XB1 controller on windows 7 right now

>only works on W10

Are you clinically retarded?

It works fine for me on Win7, I'm literally playing AM2R right now.

Not to mention Sony controllers have always been dogshit, sans the DS2.

Enjoy support for it getting cut in 2017.

same using a xbone controller on windows 7

I hate how the ps3 controllers wear down after a while. Once you move the stick upwards, it starts pressing all the buttons and that shit gets annoying.
It's literally a manufacturing defect.

I was running tight on budget and this is probably the best controller you can get while you're low. Would've gotten the 360 controller but it's not the same price, a little higher on Amazon.
I'm thinking of getting Xbone controller but does it have pressure sensitive buttons like that of the PS2?

This.
Fuck wireless.

what's the easiest way to connect Wii u pro controller to PC?

Honestly, I really dislike Nintendo nowadays but that controller is one of the best things to come out of the last 10 years of this shit industry.

wiinupro.com/news/solongtoshiba

The Pro controller honestly isn't that great, the D-pad is terrible, the grip is bad and the triggers are loose and wobbly.

I wish I could use the pro on my controller but fuck buying a dongle I'll stick to my DS3 with motioninjoy.

that's what someone that hasn't actually used it would say

I own one

Danke

Had it for many years, and it's just now going bad. Best d-pad for me, Makoto combos were so smooth.

Does anyone know if the PowerA Wii U Mini Pro works for win7?

Best hands down (all three)

xbone 360 or dualshock
