Selected all but Xbone. Don't hate it, just don't have a use for one owning all the others and a decent PC. Coupled with the fact that I'm slowly getting a lot of my old retro games/consoles back from my father, spent most of the other day testing his most recent drop off, I've been playing a lot more of them as well.

You already have an Xbox One S, you pay for Xbox live every day, you bought multiple bc games and now you're planning on buying a brand new $600 console.

This combination grants you access to every single game you have access to now but also more for cheaper. Woah easy there user, i'm still on the fence about the scorpio. If it actually feels like an upgrade for games and for a reasonable price, then i'll buy it for sure. If it turns out to be like the PS4 Pro, then i'll stay with my Xbone Fat.
And you're wrong about exclusives being the only reason to buy a console, personally i just don't wanna go through the trouble of building a decent PC, with higher price and periodical upgrades.

PC gaming has gone to shit in the early 2000s. Sony reached its peak early on during the PSX days. At least the PS4 is better than the PS3. 3DS and Wii U had the best games of the generation so far. It's as simple as that.

PC will always be the best platform. If you want to own only ONE gaming platform, PC is it.

If you have more than one console while I'd stilll say PC is the best one, its definitely not the most cost efficient one for you.

You can get games looking a lot better and have a lot more freedom in what you do with your machine but it comes at a much higher price.

Right, but PS3 is approaching those milestones pretty quickly. Tons of games in the playable stage. That's the major hurtle, smoothing out graphics to be consistent is a much less terrifying jump.
