My computer runs this terribly slow, although other than that, I probably would be playing. I grabbed it up while it's free on Steam, and it was rather nice to play DoA again. Plays quite well, even if the enemy AI was fairly passive and dumb.

I like the movement in this game much more than tekken. The RPS shit is pure trash though especially when certain characters are more suited to an option than others. Makes the matches too read heavy and rigid as fuck.

Its a shame because tina is fun and a qt but all my matches are spent trying to bait people into holding and most good players just know how to fend that shit off.

Honestly, I don't really care much about the DLC. Heck, it might be fun to pick up if I really get into playing the game... on sale. Honestly, the DLC prices are just far too much. You'd expect them to be listed for $10 a pack, or perhaps $30 for a "classic" set of outfits from previous games. Not $20-$30 on up to nearly $80.

At least the important stuff is reasonably priced. (Full base game for $40, $6/$8 for new characters.)

I don't mind the "inferior" version of PS3 graphics on the PC, simply because the difference is minor enough. Yes, it's lazy that they didn't include the better graphics with an option to switch between the two, but the PS3 graphics are fine and not everyone's machine would be able to play the higher end graphics settings.

Yeah, the paywall means I have to play it on the ps3, or travel 50 miles to see my friend who also plays it.

People obviously buy them, occasionally they go on sale but it still seems a huge amount
