Anyway, user, I used to be just like you. Trust me, you need some me time... if you're all work and no play, you're gonna burn yourself out. I would suggest getting a girlfriend to help you with cooking/chores. And devote at least 2-3 hours a night to your hobby. Even that amount of time should get you through a long RPG if you wanted to play one in a month or so. Or else a couple levels/missions of a normal game.
My biggest advice though is stop wasting time on Sup Forums.

I work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week.
It's really easy.
I need 8-9 hours of sleep on the weekend to make up for only sleeping 6 hours during the week days. Alternatively you can add an hour nap each day into the schedule or just sleep 7-8 hours if you can't adjust to 6 hours during the week and 8-9 during the weekend.

Jobs at colleges are relatively easy to get and pay decently if you go to a non-super high profile college. I work 8-4 mon-Friday and get time off whenever the college is closed for holiday breaks, in addition to 2 days off a month that you can just stack up.
