Sinus Infection is fucking amazing. It randomly makes your tears turn into mucus, which stick to enemies for 60 seconds and deal 1 tears worth of damage per tick.

If you can manage to get a bunch onto a boss, they're gonna take like 10 tears worth of damage per second without you doing anything

they nerfed the void so you can't spam one-time use items anymore

Just refunded AB+, but after its uninstallation I have detected some possible problems:

>Some roos are from AB+
>The filter doesn't work

For the base game:
>Certain new rooms NEVER get generated in AB+

For the mod tools:

I am aware, but generally speaking, they're unique in that they do not replace other chapter backgrounds.

don't the antibirth devs have at least 4-6 upcoming bosses confirmed (alts for the 4 hoursemen, +presumably conquest and headless horsemen as well)? Also, there were initially supposed to be floors beyond Corpse (i.e. an alternate-path version of sheol/cathedral and dark room/chest). There's other bosses that have been postponed (scrapped?), like a poop boss I've since forgotten the name of.

We don't know EVERYTHING planned, but we do know there's a Third Character that's going to be reworked and the Alt Horsemen.
Just to get an idea of what all may be planned, the devs consider Antibirth to be "Early Access."

They also have their own answer to the Bob's Brain dilemma.

I don't get it. Which side am I damage controlling for? Afterbirth is an add-on to Rebirth and so is Antibirth.
+ is an extension of Afterbirth.

I feel like you can still enjoy something despite it being fundamentally flawed, when the flaws outweigh the fun is the issue.

As of Afterbirth (not +), starting from the 12th Sacrifice onward you have a 50/50 chance of being teleported there instead of a reward.

I couldnt get out of the way of the solo lasers of the Vis sisters even with a speed bonus.
Portals block you from killing them by spawning enemies, and then if you ignore the enemies to bum rush the infinite spawning fucks you'll get bum rushed.
Final boss seriously can just assfuck you with the angel mode or flood the room with Blastos

It's not so much that that being the ending pisses me off, it's the fact that he built this up as "the definitive final boss to isaac", and it's just this lazy-ass boss rush, and all the final cutscene tells us is "ISAAC THOUGHT HE WAS EVIL AND KILLED HIMSELF" as though this isn't something that every single ending already said.
