A ghost in government speak is someone with a hidden identity. One form of staying hidden is to take out a target from a distance, aka using a "sniper" rifle. Hell, you even have a unit in StarCraft called a ghost that uses a rifle. "Ghost Sniper" doesn't make zero sense, and actually makes more sense than most usernames you can come across. It makes me think of an assassin that uses sniping as their preferred method of killing.

Eventually forgot the password, so I went through a variety of other anime inspired names, but I kept fucking forgetting everything, so I was like "I gotta pick something easy and memorable", but then I saw a plastic fishbowl rock on the table, so from that point onward I was 'yellowrock' on fucking everything. It's great, almost never taken, never have to put dumb numbers, people remember me, etc.

I've used the same tag for most games since I was a kid, it's stupid, and it makes everyone think I'm a weeb, even though the show I took it from is actually hard for me to watch anymore, it's just what my name has always been in games so I always use it still.
