To be fair, no one bought the Wii U so porting over Wii U games with updates like they are doing is a fine idea. It's not direct ports if new content is being added.

The Nintendo Switch is going to be the No Man's Sky of consoles.

The problem is the only people who will buy the Switch are people who bought the WiiU.

The big problem with that is the very real possibility that mostly Nintendo fans bought the Wii U.

Without true exclusives, they'll have no reason to buy a Switch at launch. Nintendo is taking a huge gamble if these rumors are true.

I think the Switch is the continuation of the cancer that was started with the Wii and I have no interest in buying one.
This is coming from someone who was a huge, HUGE Nintendo fan ever since the NES days. They went retard mode after the Gamecube and never recovered, on the contrary, they even went full retard.
They used to make games with unique gameplay and gimmicks WITHIN the game.
These days the gimmick is the hardware and they build all their games around that single shitty gimmick, so all games suffer because of it.
