How about a JRPG-inspired art thread?

Just nice stuff about or related to the genre and its stories.

I'll start with some stuff I find nice.

This thread is comfy and I appreciate it

I'll conclude with a personal fave that for me says boatloads about why I love this genre so much.

Not as pretty as some of the others, but pretty much says it all for me.

>that you're a manchild weeb?
>tfw true
>tfw cynicism is overrated

Mm. One more.

The scale and length of JRPGs always interested me but h christ can I just not get over the gameplay

The gameplay is what i like, it can be both simple and surprisingly strategic.

These two from actual games?

Saturn?

So uh, is this actually good?

What are you even trying to say? Go back to a cringe subreddit or something.

Yeah from a purely objective standpoint. The combat is rock paper scissors, the plot is good and the character development is phenomenal.

Only Mana I've played is Legend of Mana and, while I fucking love it, the promo art for Seiken Densetsu 2 and 3 is amazing. I really need to get around to playing Secret of Mana one day.
