Still better than PS4 if you're a PC gamer to be honest
>get the blue tooth version of this controller
>only one can be on at a time
????
>Vibrating triggers
Great meme controller.
It was ok, but there's issues still with it.
shoulder buttons too stiff at the joints
buttons a bit squishy
meme start and back buttons instead of just saying start and back
sold separately rechargeable batteries
no player indicator light, just big glowy home button
bluetooth revision still has proprietary wifi bullshit
But yeah other than that, it's good
Atari's controllers are better than dualshock 4s
pic unrelated
does a wired xbone controllers exist? or do you have to use one of those 'plug and play' things?
>how do i fucking google?
yes they exist faggot
>shoulder buttons too stiff at the joints
They fixed that ever since the audio jack revision
>sold separately rechargeable batteries
In a way this is better, since you don't have to be tethered to a cable if you just swap AAs. And with controllers that have built in batteries they can die out over time.
hey fuck you pal, and thanks. Ive never seen one
>she
stop assuming genders you pig
Being a PS cuck I can confirm that Xbone did put out the better controller. I remember the first time I ever held that controller. Fucker just slid into my hands like it was made for it
>shoulder buttons too stiff at the joints
this
it's actually painful sometimes
I wish I just bought another 360 controller instead of this
>best
>at this price
Kys
The revision of the bumpers (ever since the audio jack version) has the exact same bumpers as the 360pad.
that controller is garbage
dualshock 3 4lyfe
notice how your pic and OP's don't match, retard.
how long ago did they make that change?
1.5 years after the original release of the Xbox One.
All im seeing are "Xbox One Wireless Controller + Wired for Windows 7 8 10 PC"
I mean a legit 'hard-wired' controller. Do those exist?
anybody?
damn if I had held out a little longer I might have been able to get one of the new versions
oh well
I've found it 10/10 for using with a PC. It's great for emulating too.
Search on amazon.
no, but you can use a really long micro usb cable.
>no player indicator light
>current year
>split screen
lmao
>using AA batteries
To the trash it goes.
Whenever I see a wired version, they are 3rd party shit. Doesnt look like an official microsoft version exists.
Thank you. I wish they would just come wired...
Using this for PC games is hand sex man I'm afraid I'm gonna go to jail.
>meme meme meme meme meme
Kill yourself.
Does using the Xbox one controller act like a 360 or a wireless when plugged into a PC?
Acts like an xbone, If you're playing a game designed for xbone controllers. Otherwise like a 360.
Ah good, I was worried I would have to download third party software like with the DS4 to get it to work on PC and even then the DS4 keeps switching between the output of the 360 and the wireless in some games.
It's a microsoft controller working on a microsoft system. If nothing else, they're good at getting their own things working.
There was litteraly no reason to call the start and back buttons "memes", there's nothing relating the complaint you have to what you're labeling the problem, but all of your other points are spot on tho
Unless you're planning on playing a game outside of the room it's in, having your controller wired is the financially superior alternative
>for wired mode, use micro usb
>micro usb
Goddammit, i'll buy with wireless adapter
It acts like an Xbone controller if the game supports it and then emulates a 360 controller if not.
I was genuinely confused at your comment but then I remembered I bought a rechargeable pack day 1. I guess optimize your controller better, user?
i really like my xbox one controller.
hard to go back to the 360 one, wish i didn't still need it to play my older games on x360 that aren't backwards compat.
How big is the Xbone controller? The DS4 fit me perfectly, but it feels "cheap".
Just use the wired model.
It's normal sized.
I like the Wii u gamepad more. It way wider and more comfortable. A little work on the design and it would be perfect.
wired model?
does that mean just plugging in the microusb cable?
it's pretty good, wish i could use the headphone port over bluetooth since i don't want to get the dongle. but it works plugged in so it's fine i guess.
this size
>People unironically use the 360 controller
What a piece of literal shit. Collected dirt, battery packs constantly came loose, any number of problems with the sticks, that stupid layout. Fuck everyone who made them popular.
>electrical tape over xbox logo
why ?
its annoying while playing in the dark, it distracts eyesight from the monitor.
Autism..
If you play fighting gamer,it's best.
why would you need a hard wired version when what we have is literally best of both worlds? now you never have to worry about a frayed cable ruining your controller ever again
or do you just want to save $10?
eh i don't really see that but ok.
>have owned two to date
>both broke within a couple of months
>go back to 360 pad
>just keeps going and going
Yeah, nah. Best pad goes to the Wii U pro pad. Comfy as fuck and the battery is made of the last drops of Nintendium they had left.
You know you can turn it off, right?
the battery pack of my x360 stopped staying in place.
guess it might be worth buying a wired one in case my x1 goes to shit.
It looks like the same size as the DS4. I could be wrong.
pc nigger here, can confirm on the rare occasions that i do use a controller, i use an xbox one controller.
You can't unless you have the Elite. No settings on Xbox One nor Windows 10 show an option to change the brightness of the button, and I'm pretty sure it would be basically impossible on win7-8. Unless i'm overseeing a thing like that the newest model (the one that ships with the Xbone S) has an option for it, but if you look at mine, it's definitely not that model.
Its roughly the same size, your hands are actually more apart from each other on the DS4, by like half an inch.
You can have it wired still, just keep it plugged in and it won't die
I have a gen 1 controller and even though it's the one without the newer features like the audio jack and new style bumpers, it's a very satisfying controller to use on the PC. I like that the analogs are slightly less stiff than the 360 controller. It's also only about £10 more than a 360 controller on amazon compared to a ds4 which is like £25 more
