I thought EA's Battlefront was a decent step in the right direction - absolutely gorgeous with excellent sound design and some pretty solid maps, but it suffered heavily from lack of variety in guns and gameplay mechanics, limited single-player content, and of course, no classes, making the whole game feel reasonably small and forgettable as a result. Do you think EA has a chance of redeeming Battlefront 2? What would need to be necessary in order for this to happen, and what era would you like for it to focus on?

The story reel and legacy are basically 8 full episodes(2 arcs) with the bare bones of animation that they never managed to complete before Disney bought them out.

It was a massive step in the wrong direction and made me lose all faith in DICE. I started to truely doubt them at BF4, but they have let me down so many times that I realize the only thing these people are good for is graphical fidelity and not good gameplay. The next Battlefront will be a disappointment just like this one. And it will still sell like hotcakes.

The Old Republic is second best era. But what stuff even explores the Mandalorian wars though? I loved hearing all of Canderous's war tales in Kotor 1 & 2 and always wished for a spin off game set during the Mandalorian Wars kinda like Republic Commando but called Mandalorian Commando instead.
