After Gravity Rush 2 and Yakuza 0 got good reviews and word of mouth, yes. Those were the ones in danger of being disappointing, Nioh and Persona 5 have been playable and well regarded.

TLG runs locked 30 on the Pro, on original PS4 it dips into the low 20s. I hope this isn't a common thing but I think the Pro is the better long term investment. There was like 3 games that ran worse because of forced super-sampling of those I know they patched TLoU remastered to play at a locked 60, not sure about the others cause I don't own them (one was Watch Dogs iirc).

Eh, PS4 finally got its shit together but not $400 together. I got mine for $260, that's an alright price. Pro is too much, especially since it hasn't proven itself to be a reliable upgrade yet.

Of all those in the OP I have BB, planning to get Nier and maybe GR. I'm interested in Person but I haven't played any of the other games in the series so I'm doing that first

I bought the Hong Kong version for $35. Ps4 is region free, and it has english subtitles. Game is subtitles only anyway with no voices. You are paying more for a box at this point and e-peen.

Also bought the Shantae Limited Run games when they were still cheap. I dont even have a PS4. But damned I had to get these games before they get any more xpenesive.

9/10. Pretty much what 3D Castlevania should have been. Took off a point for a few issues, notably technical problems, I don't feel like there is enough variety in level design, PVP isn't that great, and the beginning dungeons of the chalice dungeon is a total drag, but if I took off a point just for all of those issues, that just goes to show how amazing the rest of the game must be for it to still get a 9/10.

8/10. Feels like a PS2-era game, which is my favorite era in gaming. Extremely original story, combat, art and character design. Can be beaten in a weekend however and once you 100% everything, there's nothing to do.

5/10. Pokemon with Final Fantasy monsters (and even some characters). Not hard in the slighest, but leveling up monsters is pretty enjoyable and the endgame does hit you pretty hard with its difficulty spike. Although I don't mind cheesiness, this game either just overdoes it or does it in such a horrible way, its pretty painful to play at times.

4/10. A mess of some decent ideas and some really awful ideas. The good: going on a camping trip with your closest bros, doing things like taking pictures, hunting animals, fishing, cooking, and chocobo racing. Luckily, that is a good majority of the game. The bad: pretty much everything else, but notably the plot, the secondary characters, and worst of all, the combat. If this combat was at least put together, the shitty plot would be excusable.

Woff was a 7 in my opinion, I feel you're being a bit harsh on it. FFXV was a 5 to 6 though, it had some serious flaws but as an overall package, content and production values I think it deserves a bit higher

Dude who bought a PS4 for Bloodborne here: BB is pretty great on its own. If you like Souls you definitively need to play BB

I didnt like GR1 and the weak reviews by GR1 fans for 2 made it not worth it til its under $20. RE7 on PC for me when its sub $20(its supposedly real short) and TLG wasnt worth the wait, but I borrowed a buddy's ps4 to play it from redbox.

So I';m still good on not buying a ps4.
