Ace Combat Zero, it's like three hours at most including the deliciously cheesy cutscenes. Great replay value too.

4 can be beaten in a single sitting pretty easily too but 5's heavy story focus and loadsa cutscenes lends itself better to multiple sittings IMO.

Firewatch: A bit walking simulator-y, but the visuals are pretty and the dialogue is alright. Ending might be a bit disappointing for some though.

Superhot: Great FPS/Puzzle game where time only moves at normal speed when you move your character. Otherwise time is at a near standstill
