Is there a racing game where I can drive a red hot 1984 Ferrari 288 GTO on a beautiful sunny day, passing by the beach and hearing swish sounds as palm trees pass me by, and when the sun goes down, the city turns into a collection of neon lights and rain splashes across my windshield?
Because I want that game in my life.
Is there a racing game where I can drive a red hot 1984 Ferrari 288 GTO on a beautiful sunny day...
Test Drive Unlimited
All 3 Forza Horizon games feature an '84 288 GTO.
Was thinking about picking up this game
I have a 360, is the first one worth checking out?
I played the hell out of the first one on my 360, it's one of the only games I still have for it and go back to every once in a while. I recommend it, it's really fun.
Dunno about Xbone Forzas, but on X360, Forza 3, 4 and Horizon are the only ones worth playing.
Outrun 2.
Get the coast to coast pc version.
Will do, never played the Forza games, but Horizon may be my first
Horizon 2 was also on 360 and is quite impressive considering how old the 360 is, plus theres an easy infinite money glitch so you can just drive what you want when you want. Also the dlc for horizon 1 has been delisted so no rally mode, 1000 club or extra cars.
Consider just buying an old Ferrari.
If you ever get it running on sunny day it'll be all worthwhile.
>the city turns into a collection of neon lights
LE AESTHETIC VAPORWARE SYNTHWAVE XDDD
WTF WHOAAAH
I'm sorry?
Well that's a bummer
Always wanted an old Ferrari growing up, but I'm not good with cars, just like driving them.
>OutRun was set in Europe
>Turbo OutRun went coast to coast across the US
youtube.com
>OutRunners assumes the race has gone global mainstream, with a commentator, multiple entrants, an in-game radio, and network play
OutRunners was the perfect triquel, and I think it's unfairly ignored for not being more of the same
Have you considered a Fiero or MR2 instead? Still a small mid-engined sporty car but a hell of a lot easier to find parts for and easier to work on.
Top gear 2 for the snes featuring the most bitchin soundtrack ever
>Let's go on a world tour in 8 different type cars and be the outrunner of Outrunners™
Goddammit japan
You get exactly what it says there on the flyer, no more, no less. Original OutRun guy and his girlfriend are back again, too.
>30 stages
>can already clearly see all the stages are just mirrored with the same environments (egypt, city, castyle, woodlands, etc) on both sides with the exact same art anyway
WOOOOOOOOOOW
>with the same environments
untrue
...
I want to drive a Pontiac Fiero but the only game I know of them existing is in Forza 4 as DLC. Would it be worth picking up? Considering getting one IRL as well
The dlc for forza 4 has been delisted too.
in-game, i mean.
