Depends on if you like a game clearly designed to be more about the story than the gameplay. I enjoyed it but I'm also partial to these games that some people seem to hate. Gameplay isn't awful mind you, but the "stealth" is really broken in a very bad way.

There have been games that have implemented LGBT characters tastefully before (NV, Nier etc.), but I doubt that this will be one of them.

If you're going to make your character gay, make it relevant to the plot in some way. Otherwise no one will care.

For example Bill, he was a grumpy man that only lived for survival, later on you discover he was gay but it doesn't matter because you already know him as a person. This way the character is not just "that gay one".

Instead we are having now characters that are gay only for "progressive points" that actually damage the image of a character if used as his defining trait, since this makes them shallow and bland and can even damage the story, hell even Burch himself admited that it probably damaged the story of the game
