You can do either, though you need to still install things if you put them on your SD card.

Both ways actually! Downloading it from Nintendo's server is much less of a hassle than opening up your N3DS to put the game inside though.

Yes. To understand this you have to know hoe that system works. The files for the games in the shop are hidden under a -giong after Nintendos will- hidden ID, when buying a game yu download via that ID and your device decryps it.
Freeshop allows you to directly download whichever file you know the ID for. To the system there is not differnce between a bought game which was downloaded via its ID and non bought one- which still was downloaded via its ID. You can go online with the game, etc.

Uhh it's hard to explain. In 3D modeling when your "weight" isn't set correctly to "bones" the model looks really weird when moving. It happened with some Piccolo fusion I ran into.

Their eShop is designed in a very retarded way so that giving the servers the greenlight to download something is super easy to simulate.

Just hacked mine. Got a lot of the expected shit downloaded or downloading.

Freeshop IS the e-shop. You download from the same servers. You just skip the buying process during which normally the ID aka the title key would be shared and your system then start downloading and go the downloading directly via manual titlekey.

Bricked mine. Every time I go to system settings, it crashes. Can't do the recovery boot thing, because it gets to the end and doesn't get the newest firmware from Nintendo.
