Get a pair of K553 pros for 120 bucks and a mic. You can even use your cellphone with a male to male 3,5mm cable.

Anything with a mic just adds another cheap point of failure for the entire set. Get a proper microphone and the most comfortable headphones that don't warp your melon.

A Blue yeti or snowball will do you just fine. They're better than entry level by a large margin without being absurdly expensive.

A modmic or a chink clone variant is the easiest solution. You just tape it to your headphones with a small velcro dot and it basically behaves like a regular headset. Sound is good enough to talk to your gay babyfur wow guild

I accidentally bought a pair of Alienware headphones without knowing they were Alienware.

The worst part is they've lasted longer than my previous headphones.
